because that's why I'm healthy. It's very important to choose only good products to eat, because we are this what we eat. So today I share with you next part of my food menu. Shakes and smoothies !! Really good form to assimilate a lot of vitamins. It's a real bomb of vitamins, C, B, D and K. So be sure to try them !!
WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
WHAT WE NEED:
- 1\4 of watermelon
- a glass of ice cubes
- two spoons of strawberry syrup
- few leaves of mint
We just mix watermelon ( without peel of course ) and add syrup and mind, in the and we add ice cubes and mix all together. It's ready to refresh your mind. Perfect for summer, the best during hot days.
RASPBERRY SHAKE
Raspberry is an ideal fruit I think. Not to sweet but not to sour. Perfect for a cake, shake, smoothie, to eat and make a jam.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 2 glasses of raspberries
- 2 spoons of honey ( sugar is not a good option )
- 5 cubes of ice
- 5 spoons of light yogurt
- 2 leaves of mint to decorate ( It's important how food looks)
We just mix everything together and give in not very high glass with mint on the top. Delicate, sweet coctail perfect for fall to make our day better. The best are fresh raspberries, but if you don't have them you can use frozen (in winter it's better), but if you use frozen don't put ice please. Delicious !!
